We work with reliable delivery partners, including DHL, Evri, DPD & Royal Mail to help ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

⏱️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Smart Sight offers free shipping on all customer orders. Estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected during high-volume periods, holidays, or carrier delays.

πŸ”Ž Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.

πŸ› οΈ Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of receiving your package.

Please include photos clearly showing the issue and email them to hello@trysmartsight.com.

We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep all packaging and damaged items until your claim has been reviewed.

Lost packages are rare, but if an order has not arrived after 60 days, it may be considered lost.

Orders confirmed as lost are eligible for a refund. Please contact us so we can investigate and guide you through the next steps.

↩️ Rejected or Returned Packages

You may have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your goods. However, refunds can only be issued once the items are returned in their original, unused condition.

If a parcel is refused, not collected, delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or returned/destroyed by the carrier, we may be unable to issue a refund unless the goods are returned to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund in accordance with your cancellation rights.
